For experienced contractors and painting professionals, Graco offers a very large selection of paint sprayers for all applications and user needs.
Reaching the highest productivity and the best quality starts with choosing the right paint sprayer. Many factors go into determining the best sprayer for the job. Knowing the job requirements and the material you need to spray will make choosing the right spray paint machine much easier. In the world of Graco and paint spraying we recognize 3 different spraying methods.
Choosing the right paint spraying solution
Airless Paint Spraying
An airless paint sprayer uses a piston pump to move the material through a small spray nozzle at high pressure. Airless spraying is up to 10 times faster than rolling or brushing and produces an even coating on different types of surfaces, resulting in a consistent, high quality finish.
Air Spraying (HVLP Spraying)
HVLP spray equipment delivers the ultimate control for fine finish jobs. By using a turbine that generates a high volume of air to atomize the coating there is limited overspray and a very high transfer rate to deliver precision and flexibility. Ideal for small coating jobs and surfaces requiring detailing.
Air Assisted Spraying
Perfect for high volume jobs requiring an HVLP-level finish, the air assisted technology delivers a fine finish with airless spraying speed. Coatings are partially atomized through a small tip and a small amount of air is added to the spray fan. This results in a softer pattern, more control and less overspray.
